The hotel is great location in the Old Quarter. The staff stands out for being helpful, especially one named Sam who assisted with a flight issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and cute atmosphere. Loved the amazing shower and cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. A nice touch was the ginger tea offered when I wasn't feeling my best after a night out. The breakfast room felt cramped, and the music from nearby bars could be heard late into the night, a bit distracting. And just one chair in the room felt limiting when relaxing.

Great location! The spacious family room was a good surprise. Plus, the proactive staff even helped us navigate a blocked road to catch our taxi. They went the extra mile!

The hotel is located right in the bustling Old Quarter. The staff were attentive. They helped us with everything from transport to local attractions. The room was spacious and very clean, and having a nice shower.
